The entire staff work so well together, they all display the perfect blend of personal and professionalism, and they make the experience for the Customer very smooth and enjoyable.

I am writing this evening to you to let you know how wonderful your Team is at BMW & MINI Waterloo.

I have recently moved back to the Kitchener/Waterloo area from Toronto, and have been in touch with both your Sales and Service department.
I called BMW Waterloo in December 2011, to inquire about some of your new and used vehicles, as I am currently looking into purchasing a newer vehicle. I currently own a 2006 Mini Cooper S.
I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your delightful Client Advisors named Ricardo Ulloa. We have been in contact over the last few months, and we have been able to explore a few exciting new possibilities.
My career is currently in Vaughan Ontario, and keeps me very busy as I travel quite a bit of the time. Ricardo has been extremely accommodating with being able to discuss options with me both over the phone, and via email. He has been very understanding of my changing schedule, and has always responded to me in great detail, in an expedited fashion. His level of professionalism and care, is very much appreciated.
In January this year, I noticed that the under panel of my Mini Cooper was loose, so I called the Service department at MINI Waterloo, to book an appointment to have this looked at.
I spoke with a lovely and very kind Service Representative named Jermaine, who was able to book me an appointment the same week. In addition to this, he accommodated the time frames of when I was able to both drop off and pick up my vehicle (outside regular service hours), and also arranged for me to have a loaner car for the duration of my car being repaired.
On January 18th 2012, I dropped off my Mini, and a Service Representative named Saul helped me with the process of bringing my car in, and he proceeded to set me up as a new Client on your systems. He was very professional, efficient and kind. He also arranged for another Gentleman there, to assist me with transferring some of my personal belongings into the loaner car, as I had just arrived there directly from work.
I came in the very next day to pick up my car, which was now in perfect condition, and in addition had been detailed for me.
I just wanted to send you this personal note, to convey how very grateful I am for all the recent interactions I have had with BMW MINI Waterloo.
The entire Team, inclusive of but not limited to Ricardo, Jermaine, and Saul ... are of elite calibre.
The over all focus on customer service, care and satisfaction, is consistent throughout every department. The lasting impressions I have received from your dealership, will definitely resonate.

Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back for our future servicing needs
